SHEWFASH – Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At SHEWFASH, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged products not caused by us
  • Personal or intimate wear items

A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required to process any return or refund request.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
  • Allow some processing time

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@shewfash.shop.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please email us first. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SHEWFASH is not responsible for lost return shipments.
